These returns are paid out annually, after a 9-month grace period from the start of the investment.

Yes, the minimum investment amount corresponds to the type of Investment Block you select:

  • Platinum Block: 900,000 MVR
  • Gold Block: 600,000 MVR
  • Silver Block: 300,000 MVR

Yes, Amanat provides flexible options for selling your Investment Block. You can sell your block through our investor network or back to Amanat, subject to the terms and conditions of the investment agreement.

If you wish to exit your investment early, you can sell your Investment Block through our resale options. However, early exit may affect your total returns, depending on the timing and market conditions.
